About Alan Simmons

In every position I have held, I have been told by peers and supervisors that I am a hard-working, motivated, and innovative employee. I can utilize technology to meet personal objectives and goals, and can quickly formulate a solution to problems in a business setting. I have had formal and informal training from various employers to develop marketing, brand identity, and sales skills. Because of the diverse experiences I have, I can bring to a prospective employer; I can also manage projects and teams, can build team motivation and encouragement, and can adapt to meet organizational goals. For several years, I've been a moderator in the official Kerbal Space Program (KSP) forum and the KSP Steam Community page for several years. I enjoy the opportunities for community development and game promotion I can do in that role. One of the possible career chances I am willing to consider is a community manager role within the gaming industry. I am looking for part-time/full-time employment where my skills and expertise can be further developed and used to meet organizational objectives.
