With over a decade of experience in customer engagement, new media, administrative management, and marketing communications, I am passionate about building meaningful connections and creating positive experiences. I have had the privilege of working with leading organizations such as Changi Airport Group and the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore, where I focused on enhancing customer journeys and fostering clear, effective communication. My foundation in Mass Communications (MDIS), coupled with my personal journey as a hearing-impaired individual, has shaped my empathetic and resilient approach to both work and life. I believe in the power of adaptability, and I am deeply committed to lifelong learning, growth, and inclusivity in every environment I’m part of. Beyond my professional career, I actively contribute to community initiatives that support youth development and advocate for individuals with special needs. I’ve mentored and assessed projects under the National Youth Council’s Young ChangeMakers Panel, represented Singapore on international platforms, and continue to serve as a youth mentor with my alma mater, Yishun Town Secondary School. I am always open to connecting with like-minded professionals, exploring collaborations, and exchanging ideas on how we can create impact together.
