About Alan Spector

My primary interest is living a full and fulfilling retirement and helping others do the same. If I can help you or if you'd like to collaborate to help others, get in touch. I retired (as a Director of Worldwide Quality Assurance) from a 33-year career at the Procter & Gamble Company in 2002. Along with being the proud and active grandfather of four-Founded (or co-founded) and sustain three companies -Written and published 16 books (14 non-fiction and two novels) and working on book 17 -Spoken about retirement life planning to thousands of Baby Boomers across the country -Facilitated strategic planning efforts for non-profits, community initiatives, and cancer organizations (e.g. Lombardi Cancer Center)-Consulted on Quality Assurance with both small and large companies -Volunteered for children's well-being and school organizations, community violence reduction initiatives, and other community non-profits -Coached and continue to play baseball with "kids my own age"-Emceed every University City High School Hall of Fame Induction ceremony since 2011 -Traveled extensively both domestically and internationally Recent honors are-Cincinnati United Way Impact Leadership Award (2008)-University City High School Hall of Fame Inductee (2011)-University City School District PACEsetter and Uniquely University City Awards (2012)-Saul Mirowitz Community Service Award (2013)-Jewish Federation of St. Louis Innovation Grant (2014)-Missouri S&T Academy of Miner Athletics Inductee (2022)-Greater St. Louis Amateur Baseball Hall of Fame Inductee (2023) BBallNever2Old@aol.com
