About Alan Spilde

I’ve always been blessed with opportunities to do the extraordinary! My specialty is working with cross functional leadership teams on strategic initiatives. Fulfillment for me comes with being part of projects that are greater than oneself. The results are friendships, lifelong memories and an eagerness to strive for more in what is the beautiful journey of life. Most recently, I’ve been ensuring amazing customer and employee experience as part of the Government Business Unit (GBU) Outside of the CONtinental United States (OCONUS) Europe Team where I explored the area pictured above in the background photo from Rigi Mountain. The whole massif is almost entirely surrounded by the water of three different bodies of water: Lake Lucerne, Lake Zug and Lake Lauerz. As this project comes to an end, I am looking forward to the next challenging project where I can unleash my problem-solving skills in extremely complex and ambiguous situations. I am filled with great anticipation to see where my next work location will be!
