This is evident in products available today that I have driven or influenced via strategic & tactical leadership, from initial market opportunity and requirements, through launch, and onward to sustained revenue.As a former software Engineer, I understand how to work with highly technical, high-performance teams, whilst advocating for the customer. Internal stakeholders benefit from my influence as the ‘hub’ between groups including Product Management, Engineering, Marketing, Sales/BD, Customer Success, and Executives. I have extensive experience with software products that support mission-critical systems - spanning Automotive, Aerospace & Defence, Industrial Control, and other industries. Strategic partner marketing with major industry players is also a key facet of experience gained in start-ups, mid-size, and multi-national organisations.
