I am the Patient Monitoring and Diagnostic Cardiology, Installation and Networking Specialist for WI and Upper Michigan * Cisco Certified Networking Professional -Enterprise * Cisco Certified Network Professional Routing and Switching (CCNP Routing and Switching)* Cisco Certified Specialist - Enterprise Core * Cisco Certified Specialist - Enterprise Advanced Infrastructure Implementation * Obtained my CCNA, in 2018, valid till Feb 14th, 20203 * I Lead large Patient Monitoring installations involving the planning, network design and implementation of multiple care areas, including ICU, CCU, MICU, ER, NICU, PACU along with installing and maintaining the network infrastructure of Core, distribution and access Cisco switches,* Install, Test, and Troubleshoot CH Wireless Patient Telemetry systems, including the antenna system, Telemetry servers and integration to Hospitals EMR * Provides administrative and operational leadership that results in efficient day-to-day operations of the team.* Maintains activities including but not limited to team meetings & communication plans; and scheduling manpower, installs, shift coverage, training, etc.* Works with operations leaders & process champions to facilitate operational metrics; follow-up with team members on any delinquencies related to FMI’s, PM’s, expenses/cost management, Overtime, NPS scores, inventory, etc.* Leads growth, including the following activities: Drives SA growth, Owns renewal strategy and rates, Monitors HBS (cultivated) performance, Leads the launch of new offerings, Manages the HBS funnel.* Understands and communicates area & HQ goals and objectives.* Manages vendors’ service delivery processes in compliance with GE Healthcare policies.* Utilizes the escalation process to resolve customer service delivery issues and conducts root cause analysis that will lead to effective problem solving.* Acts as a Mentor to local FE’s and provides actionable feedback on performance of team members, both to the individual, as well as to the area leader (Director of Service or other).
