About Alan Stubberfield

I am a highly skilled, self-motivated professional who is passionate about all things technical and safety. Presently working in a highly dynamic role supporting and embedding the delivery of training through various platforms across the business. I enjoy this whilst displaying a high standard of adaptability, resilience, and commitment in return for a challenge, career progression and the opportunity to build on existing experience. A robust and approachable team player with a strong work ethic, who can be the voice of our customers and our people to advocate, energise and deliver cultural change. I relate well to people at all levels delivering coaching, focusing on employee development and improvement. Proactive and accustomed to working in a change environment with the drive to successfully deliver change within the field. Thinking about well-being I am a mental health first aider who always aims to encompass this within interactions for the benefit of an individual. I am also ASIST trained and work with other well-being champions to consistently provide that mutual support. Our people are at the heart of what we do, well-being is intrinsic in them being in right frame of mind to deliver and bring their whole selves to work. I cannot shout about this enough. A family man with strong values being involved with charitable organisations. I love DIY and household projects, travel and quality family time and I absolutely love pets. Always available for a chat and take a great interest in sharing ideas for a common goal and a greater good, one to one or as a group.
