Supply Chain Partner leading the Smart Factory @ Montreal initiative, where Smart Warehousing and Smart Factory disciplines are on display in a unique to Canada innovation centre. Over 20 years of experience in supply chain strategy, distribution network design, facility design and implementation, transportation, and automation. While working across all industries, a number of clients have been in retail, giving me specific, relevant omni-channel experience in this industry. • Typical Automation projects: Pallet, case, and tray AMRs, GOH, case shuttle systems, robotized palletizing and depalletizing, robotized unit picking, AS/RS, driverless lift trucks, print and apply, put-to-store systems, putwalls, automated loading/unloading and RFID. • Business Growth Orientation: At Deloitte, created a distribution center design and implementation center of excellence in Canada for the international Deloitte network. Consistently growing the practice and developing more and more business each year. At Kom, responsible for founding two new offices in Caracas and Mexico City. Having relocated to each of those countries, learned the language and culture, responsible for developing the sales and marketing strategy, as well as growing the staff required to deliver. With each of these projects, the offices grew to over 15 staff before completing the assignment. Alliances forged with competing firms in Brazil and Chile in that role. • Influencing and Collaborating Skills: Consulting firms are matrix organizations and informal networks are required to succeed. Demonstrating ability to manage these networks, I was named Partner in 2015. I am involved in coaching at Deloitte, demonstrating leadership as recognized by my peers and other professional staff. • Operational Knowledge: My specialty within supply chain is warehouse design and implementation and larger clients have included Giant Tiger, Debenhams, J. Sainsbury, Lord & Taylor, HBC, Browns Shoes, La Vie en Rose, Roots and Princess Auto.
