With over seven years of experience as a Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Butterfield Group, I have led and managed the operational and IT aspects of a leading independent offshore bank, serving clients across multiple jurisdictions and segments. I have a proven track record of delivering complex and strategic projects, developing and enhancing IT platforms, launching new products and services, and expanding the bank's footprint and market share. As the COO Channel Islands, I was responsible for overseeing and managing all operational and IT areas for the region, including private banking, lending, fiduciary services, discretionary investment management, custody, and fiduciary services. I also spearheaded the growth and diversification of the bank's client base and product offerings via acquisitions and organic growth, collaborating with local and international service providers and regulators. I was instrumental in delivering a class-leading platform, achieving operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and regulatory compliance, while upholding the bank's reputation for reliability, integrity, security, and confidentiality.
