About Alan Ward

Throughout my time at Zinkworks, I have taken on roles with increasing responsibility, rapidly progressing due to my eagerness to learn and push myself. I began as a Recruitment Consultant, later leading the Recruitment Team before becoming Recruitment Line Manager. From there, I transitioned into managing a team of Engineers for one of our key clients, eventually expanding to oversee multiple teams. For eight months, I stepped into the role of Delivery Director, gaining invaluable experience in client management, team leadership, and project oversight. My quick progression reflects my confidence in my capabilities and my desire to continuously take on new challenges. Currently, I am an Engineering Manager / Account Manager, managing 40+ people, and I am eager to continue growing with the ambition of progressing to a full-time Delivery Director/ Customer Success role in the future.
