As a leader I lean to the people and performance side, bringing empathy and a fair and considered approach and strong judgement that inspires staff, breaks down silos and builds collaboration. Creative, strongly innovative and entrepreneurial, I have a history of starting and growing divisions from scratch to build teams, processes and systems, expanding the footprint nationally, automating functions to improve efficiency and stakeholder satisfaction, and achieving strong sales and financial outcomes and customer satisfaction. I have dual passions; one is the passion for helping people. As an Executive team member and Chief Sales Officer, I contributed significantly to YOY double digit growth and national expansion.
