I have spent my life in the automotive industry as a technician, an ASE Master Tech with L1, a service writer, and an insurance claims adjuster working for an automotive aftermarket warranty company. I took a few years off to earn my BSBM and MBA before returning to the workplace, only to find out a year later I would be laid off due to the Corona virus.
