About Alan Yin

Drawing on my 17 years of experience and extensive engineering background, I deliver bespoke IT consultancy through to project completion. I work with large multinationals and smaller firms across a wide range of sectors, but particularly in finance, insurance, legal and media companies. Specialising in IT Infrastructure, I have in-depth knowledge of VMware and Microsoft technologies including Office 365 and Azure as well as other Enterprise Solutions. My insightful, personable and technically strong approach enables successful projects which include migrations, M & As and other Business Transformation challenges for today’s growing companies.A consultant’s expertise should not be limited to the technical aspects of IT consultancy. Clients tell me that my tailored approach to project management, meticulous organisational skills and ability to hone in on their exact needs are what makes me an invaluable partner.Integrity is a key ingredient for any successful consultant and problem-solving should focus on the problems that need solving, not on selling for the sake of sales. Best-fit solutions should be flexible enough to adapt to a growing client business without including features that are simply never going to be needed. These principles have ensured enduring client relationships and excellent customer satisfaction throughout my career.
