On the Infrastructure Engineering side are billions of dollars in cumulative high-value, complex global corporate infrastructure projects that includes leveraging across industry towers: IT, Realty, Financial, Manufacturing and Communications, serving as, CIO, Project Lead/Manager/Engineer, Project Design and Business Analyst, and Strategic Business Planner. This encompasses managing from the ground on which the Data Center resides right up to software on the desktop. The Operational Management segment involves extensive day-to-day business corporate/client physical and fiscal initiative management. The projects designed, articulated, implemented, and managed over this career have produced successful completions to complex data management assignments (encompassing Data Center rationalization to Infrastructure redesign) while realizing applied operational efficiencies employing fiscal analytic, management and reporting standardized processes and procedures.
