Notably, Alana received the company’s highest “Officer’s Award” for her successful management through transition. In her engagements today, Alana draws from her 10+ years in people management roles as well as insights derived from her experience as an executive coach. An avid traveler and adventure seeker, Alana has slept on the Great Wall of China, crossed the Continental Divide on the Trans-Mongolian Railway, experienced the Northern Lights in Finland and volunteered in the post-tsunami recovery effort in Thailand in 2005.
