Seeking to broaden my expertise, I ventured into the healthcare sector, where I obtained certifications as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) and in Phlebotomy. Working in healthcare honed my abilities in precision, patience, and people management—skills that are equally vital in a fast-paced culinary environment. However, my love for the culinary arts called me back to the kitchen. I am currently certified in food and alcohol safe handling through ServSafe, ensuring that I maintain the highest standards of safety and quality in every dish I prepare.
