I am an experienced commercial barrister whose practice includes a wide variety of commercial litigation and arbitration, company and partnership disputes, civil fraud and all aspects of insolvency, both individual and corporate. I have published two books with Edward Elgar Publishing in their Corporate and Insolvency Law and Practice series: Individual Voluntary Arrangements - Law and Practice (2022); and (co-authored with Stephen Baister) Bankruptcy - Law and Practice (2023). I have a particular specialisation in the interrelationship between corporate recovery and employment law, especially in the context of administrations.
