As a Data Center Technician with a strong interest in technology and nearly a decade of hands-on experience in tech retail, I bring a unique blend of technical insight, adaptability, and customer-focused thinking to everything I do. I currently work in a fast-paced data center environment, where I support critical infrastructure and thrive under pressure—quickly learning new systems, solving problems logically, and adapting to constant change. Before entering the data center field, I spent 8 years at Best Buy, staying on top of rapidly evolving technology and ensuring customers received accurate, reliable advice. That experience honed my ability to communicate technical details clearly and to think on my feet—skills that continue to serve me well in high-stakes, high-tech environments. I studied Computer Science in college for over two years, and while I didn’t complete a degree, I’ve continued to build my knowledge through certifications like the DCCA from Schneider Electric and the Google IT Support Specialization. I’m passionate about technology, growth, and continuous learning, and I’m always open to new opportunities where I can expand my skill set and make a real impact.
