She usually raises her hand and asks a new question about whatever is explained in class to explore it deeper, her mind always goes one step further."- My 9 years old teacher to my mom. 🧠 Since I can remember, I've been curious about almost any topic, but it was always clear to me that Life Sciences was the one I was more passionate about and wanted to professionally devote. ‍ During my +6 years of experience as a research scientist, I worked in 3 different biomedical fields, with 4 model organisms and managed to master +25 SOPs. During this period, I also developed other powerful skills, and I realized my scientific vocation went far beyond the laboratory: Project management - proven by leading my own PhD project. Communication skills - proven by presenting data in +7 scientific conferences. Leadership attributes - proven by mentoring 7 all-level students. Educative vocation - proven by participating in 4 scientific programs for non-scientific community. Interpersonal skills - proven by the establishment of +10 prolific collaborations. On balance, I am an enthusiastic and proactive scientist willing to apply the solid scientific & medical knowledge acquired over +10 years to create value and truly make a difference in patients' lives. I am self-motivated and able to work autonomously, although I also feel very comfortable being part of a team. I am encouraged to cooperate, make decisions and bring new ideas to the table to achieve the best outcomes. Finally, I certainly believe integrity, respect, effort, and perseverance are the clues to success. In summary, as a scientist: 🟢 I enjoy linking concepts and formulating new questions. 🟢 I love to discuss scientific data to find solutions and answers. 🟢 I adore sharing knowledge and helping people. I am very happy to share that I recently became a Life Science Associate Consultant, where I can apply all my skills and knowledge to create value and truly have an impact on the current Pharmaceutical Industry landscape.
