About Albatool bin Nawman

I’m currently working as a Change Manager at Lean Business Services, where I handle the full cycle of IT change management for all Lean projects — from reviewing change requests and assessing risks to coordinating implementation and managing the Change Advisory Board (CAB), and ensuring every change is implemented in a controlled and organized way. In addition to managing the process, I’ve also worked on improving and organizing it to make it more efficient and easier to follow.Alongside my role in change management, I also support IT Governance initiatives. This includes developing procedures, implementing governance controls, maintaining the IT asset register, and contributing to the risk register. Before this role, I worked as an IT Project Manager. I was responsible for managing timelines, tasks, and teams to deliver internal systems and services, working closely with stakeholders across different departments. My experience gives me a strong foundation in both project delivery and governance. I’m comfortable leading structured processes, following up on details, and making sure work is done the right way.
