About Albert Brown

I’m driven by one simple idea — when systems work for people, people thrive. For more than a decade, I’ve helped large organizations transform how they serve, support, and engage communities — aligning strategy, operations, and human impact. From leading districtwide reforms in Dallas ISD to building fatherhood engagement programs in Arlington ISD, my work centers on creating systems that are both effective and equitable. At Dallas ISD, I directed operations for a transportation network serving 100+ campuses and 259 employees — implementing KPI-based performance models that boosted efficiency, morale, and on-time arrivals. That same spirit of innovation led to launching a $7.6M EPA-funded electric fleet pilot, moving sustainability from vision to reality. Before that, I led behavior support services for 57 high-needs schools, guiding an incredible team of 18 SEL professionals. Together, we built restorative systems that helped students succeed without exclusion — a model recognized by The Dallas Morning News for its transformative impact. And in Arlington ISD, I helped reimagine what family engagement could look like. By designing a fatherhood initiative across 54 Title I campuses, we grew participation from 41% to 87% in one year — creating a movement that was later featured by the National Fatherhood Initiative. Today, I continue this work through consulting — helping districts and organizations design frameworks that connect people, performance, and purpose.
