I'm currently an Industrial Engineer at Main Sail LLC. I was a student at USM where I wrote a patent within my research assistant job and recently assisted in the building of a Dyno room for engine testing in a noise-canceling environment. I love doing home projects that build up my craftsman skills as well as test the application of my education so far! For my prior experience in the Air Force see below: My expertise resides in the job I had at Keesler Air Force Base during my Active Duty time. I spent three and a half years in a Sharepoint Site Manager position for the base itself. I managed 280 Sharepoint sites and applied proper permissions which secured over 50 gigabytes of data. I also assisted in the standardization of training for 800 Knowledge Managers Air Force Wide. There are a few standout achievements from this job such as- Assisting the Fitness Assessment Cell in fixing how personnel schedule their fitness test process for Airmen- Bringing a personnel accountability roster on to the Sharepoint environment, allowing decision makers of the 403d Wing to get access to information that they need an an expedited manner- Developing a newer version of a misconduct report database for consolidation of information into one database for study and trend analysis. All while being in regulation of the Privacy Act of 1974 and the Records Management policies ran on base- Solely orchestrated the development of the Keesler AFB Additional Duty Management Tool for use by Airmen. I took actions to remedy 20 critical errors and resolve a five month Higher Headquarters Appointment Letter Management Tool design error in three days. This led to posture the Air Education Training Command's consideration of the program to benefit over personnel. After it was fully tested, I then briefed Air Education Training Command's Director of Communications, wing leadership and Keesler personnel on the tool.
