About Albert Harris

My story in service industry start from from F&B, luxury fashion brand, High end automotive, career at five star hotel, and now handling one iconic mall at south jakarta, give me a good exposure about how we could strategically drive guest inquiry to our business objective and still ensure guest satisfaction at the same time. The most important for me to achieve a high score in customer satisfaction should come from the employee. we must spent more time with our staff rather than our guest or our paperwork. How company treat them, how about the salary that they get; competitive enough with the market or they always fill their head by seeking another opportunity outside? and what kind of plan company have for them, all time contract without a clue to be permanent? what are company doing to upgrade them? their soft skills, their language skills, etc. My journey at building management starts now, still with lion in my heart.
