About Albert Lis

For more than 10 years I have been working in the real estate industry. In my professional career I delivered dosen of transactions of buying/selling green fields, warehouses and commercial RE moreover I was involved in many development projects. Currently as a Country Manager in Nord Space investment fund, I am managing all expansion process across the Poland. I am happy to take on the challenges of conducting a complex transaction, even if it is needed to go through the lengthy process of getting approvals from authorities, correcting formal mistakes in the current documentation or obtaining a building permit. I am motivated to work where I have a possibility to develop myself, cooperate with the partners and achieve goals. Talents by Gallup’s test: Competition, Activator, Focus, Command, Significance. In 2019, I decided to be involved in the development of a start-up with a product dedicated to commercial (warehouse) real estate across the Poland. Using the knowledge gained in the international Google for Startup Huge Thing program, I was executing i.e. development strategy, establishing and maintenance of contacts with key business partners and supervision of the work of sales team.
