I am a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in developing enterprise systems and leading product teams. Over my professional career, I have embraced various roles in product engineering organizations: Developer, Scrum Master, Manager, Software Architect, and even took my first steps as a Product Manager. Thankfully, not all at once! Currently, I lead an incredible team of over 170 engineers, Product Owners, Product Managers and Product Ops, delivering the user experience platform that powers NetSuite’s web-based and mobile user experiences. Our platform includes UI components, product insights, mobile apps, data management APIs, and tooling for NetSuite core developers. Technical Expertise My passion for engineering is rooted in clean code practices, SOLID principles, design patterns, and Domain Driven Design. I am strongly focused on software design and architecture, enjoying the challenge of modeling systems and their interactions from a high-level view. Leadership Philosophy As a leader, my goal is to lead more and manage less. I firmly believe that the cornerstone of productive teams is investing in people, fostering team self-organization, and encouraging continuous improvement. Agile methodologies are central to my approach, as they drive motivation and involvement while delivering tangible value to customers. Product-Centric Mindset Despite my technical roots, I consider myself a product person at heart. My aspiration is to inspire my team with the same passion and enthusiasm I have for the products we build and the customers we serve.
