Dr. Molinas is the President of Hydrau-Tech, Inc. since 1986. He has over 30 years of experience in various aspects of hydraulics, hydrology, water resources, sedimentation and river mechanics. He was a professor at Colorado State University between 1983 and 2001 where he is still an Affiliated Professor. Dr. Molinas' work covered a wide range of topics from laboratory studies of bridge scour for the Federal Highway Administration to numerical modeling of Sanmenxia Reservoir Sedimentation on the Yellow River in China and to the development of Colorado Department of Transportation's Drainage Design Manual. Dr. Molinas is currently involved in the design of Valenciano Dam in Puerto Rico.
