About Albert Soule

Albert Soule is a quality improvement leader with over 25 years’ experience delivering services and solutions to world-class systems development organizations. Mr. Soule has built strong relationships with senior business and engineering executives and has helped improve business performance at a variety of leading organizations; from Fortune 100 companies to small consultancies. He has conducted research and published reports on product development and engineering best practices and other related topics. His experience spans the systems engineering and development functions within the insurance, electronics, communications, aerospace and defense, and automotive industries. During his career, Mr. Soule has held responsibility for business development, account management, technology champion, product development and senior management consultant results. Currently, Albert serves as President, Systems Quality Management, a consultancy providing quality management program design and implementation services to engineering organizations. For the past five (5) years, he has been providing services to Hydroid, Inc, a leading engineering design and manufacturer of autonomous underwater vehicles (AUV’s) and related marine systems. Hydroid has recently achieved their quality program maturity level goals for their entire engineering and operations departments.
