Over the past seven years, I’ve led capital reinvestments, program rollouts, and daily operations across more than 500 restaurant locations. My approach is structured and responsive, built on clear communication and strong partnerships with operators, contractors, and internal teams. I’m especially passionate about the intersection of trades and technology. I enjoy leveraging software, data, and systems thinking to bring greater transparency and efficiency to facility operations. Whether it’s optimizing workflows, enhancing reporting, or integrating new tools, I believe technology can elevate the quality and consistency of physical work.
