In 2008 I lost my job in manufacturing to the recession. Decided I was ready to go back to school and develop some new skills. Enrolled myself in an MBA program at St. John's University and graduated in 2016. I am currently enrolled in a PhD program in Clinical Hypnotherapy at St. john's University in Temecula, CA and I have completed it, in August of 2019. I am also a certified Life Coach and completed the courses in 2020. I continue to further my education and am now a practitioner of NLP and CBT. I have my own Clinical Hypnotherapy practice, by the name of THE Wholistic Healing Center, which is located at 25109 Jefferson Ave, Suite 120, Murrieta, CA, 92584 I also work for Advanced Psychological Associates and Healing Center, located at 10722 Arrow Route, Suite 314, Rancho Cucamonga, CA, 91730. Clinical Hypnotherapy is an amazing tool in helping individuals who are struggling with medications which are helping their symptoms but the side effects are as bad as the ailment or disease they may be suffering from. It's all about having the tools to go about your business of living your life to the fullest. When you suffering from any kind of disease (we like to spell it this way dis-ease) you are not able to function at 100%. At the same time you may have developed UNHEALTY HABITS which are also slowing you down, like Smoking, Drinking alcohol to excess, Gambling, Panic attacks, Pornography, Not sleeping, Eating disorders, Depression. Hypnotherapy can be effective in helping people who have suffered trauma during their life and that includes myself. Trauma comes in all shapes and sizes but it is trauma just the same and that can often cause dis-ease in the mind and then in the body. I have helped a number of people who are suffering from Hypertension, Diabetes, Fibromyalgia, Seizures, Asthma, Stuttering, Lupus, Arthritis, PTSD, and other dis-eases by reducing the frequencies and the severity of their symptoms and by helping them to reduce their anxiety by increasing their self-confidence, self-awareness, self-esteem and self-acceptance.
