I am a highly motivated and progress-focused professional with eight years of Tissue Banking and Biotechnology with a focus in quality assurance. With a track record of diligence and dependability, I have been efficient in my work over the years to contribute to saving and enhancing lives. I’ve exhibited this through my contributions of surgical recovery, processing finished goods, documentation/data entry, and Quality review & auditing responsibilities, making me an Industry Professional. My dedication to becoming a Certified Tissue Banking Specialist afforded me the opportunity to meet and communicate with some of the brightest minds in the medical field through the AATB conference that I was invited to in 2017. Throughout my career I have done excellent work and built lasting relationships among colleagues. In fact, in my current position I received awards for my overall contribution for outstanding deliverance of critical business needs. My goal is to never let the organization fall short of victory.I am progressive minded and stay in tune with new developments in my field. I have proven to be effective and collaborative as I enjoy collective brainstorming sessions that allow me to coordinate activities to achieve a common goal. My work experience coupled with my management background makes me a cut above the rest as maintaining relationships while focusing on business needs simultaneously comes natural. Prior to my professional career I attended Pace University on a Football and Academic Scholarship where I obtained a strong sense of team unity and learned how to compete at a high level under extreme pressure. In High School, I was a pre-season Football All American Candidate from Matawan High School, Team Captain, Top ranked safety in NJ, and Top 100 ranked player nationally. I was almost fatally injured in a freak accident of a preseason game that changed the trajectory of my future. I returned to complete the season and received a scholarship offer from Pace University. For my perseverance, dedication, and hard work I received multiple awards, including: Raymond Barbuti Award in 2007 for courage, determination, and perseverance in the face of adversity Unsung Hero Award in 2007 for perseverance and dedication Assassin Award 2006 for exceptional Defensive back and leadership Academic All-Conference Team/Award, 2006 and 2007 Outstanding Personal Achievement Award, 2007
