Add value. The core of my teaching to students and clients is to encourage their thoughtful reflection and active participation in all areas. Core subjects include: Business communication, Presentation Skills, Academic communication, Written communication, The recruitment cycle - CV writing, letters of motivation, personal branding and interview skills. Reflection and action. I I use my emotional intelligence in the classroom setting to engage students, get them involved, participating, encourage action and then reflection. Discussion based teaching is what allows students in my classroom to develop, assess their own development and gain knowledge and understanding. The discussion is always linked to action; interview simulations, presentations, projects, running dynamic workshops allow students to really grasp ideas in a concrete a meaningful way. A genuine people person, I create a positive and lively atmosphere, have a great sense of humour and use it to help make students feel engaged and motivated. I strive to develop my students' communication skills leading to more meaningful professional and personal relationships. This is particularly interesting in dynamic and multicultural environments, most notably at the International University of Monaco which boasts more than 70+ nationalities.
