About Alberto Ambard

Committed: Commitment has always been a very important value of mine. I have showed my commitment to my academics in the past when I studied for my ACT. I understood the importance of the exam and studied every day for 2 months raising my score from a 27 to a 32.Community: During my four high school years I used community service to connect with and give back to my community. For three years I worked as a counselor at a summer camp called Shake-A-Leg Miami. I would take disabled children and children from low income households on the water and participate in many fun activities with them. This taught them inclusion and that everyone can be different in their own way.Loyal: Loyalty has always been and continues to be one of my most important values. I believe that loyalty results in trust and trust is extremely important to me. I have shown loyalty to many friends and family. One example would be when my friend got involved in a rough crowd in high school. Everyone else in my friend group stopped being friends with him but instead I decided to help him get back on track. I showed my loyalty to our friendship and he repaid with trust in me.
