I'm working as Process Improvement Engineer and since April 2022 as Operation Man. I analyze products and production processes. I controll and monitor costs and performance in order to improve them, guarantee respect of the plan production and manage the resource (human and machine) to optimize the production performance. I follow the improvement activities by applying Lean and 6Sigma techniques and concepts. Since July 2021 I am Green Belt certified I am in charge of the R&D and Times and Methods function.
