About Alberto Bernuzzi

I work in Unicredit since 1998; I developped a deep experience in corporate division. Risk assessment and management, financial analysis, structured finance operations, represent my key assets. I had the chance to develop a specialization in shipping finance. I have strong problem solving skills and I'm comfortable to work in team. After this experience I had the possibility to became the assistant of the General Manager of the Group, supporting him in day by day activities with the possibility to improve my in evaluation and development of key priority projects and initiatives, assessing their relevance, priority an feasability. Furthermore, I have the possibility to perform market analysis, budgeting and forecasting on many business initiatives. In September 2014 I joined Brand Management Unit and I was appointed as project manager on a couple of initiatives, especially focused on branded content. In July 2015 I had the great opportunity to be involved from the very early stage as marketing manager in the buddybank project. After the launch, I moved back to business for a three years experience in Financial Institutions coverage. Last, in 2019 I joined Group compliance advisory, where I currently have the role of advisor for various regulations (MiFIR, SFTR, CSDR, BMR, EMIR, MMSR, Short Selling)
