About Alberto Biffi
I am a university professor at the Luigi Bocconi Commercial University, Milan Bicocca University, SOMA – Milan Ostepathy Institute and Milan Fashion Institute. The subjects I teach are Statistics, Medical Statistics, Market Research and Mental Coaching. Since 2013 I have been a Certified Mental Trainer® after a training course at Mental Training Inc (an American company that has been dealing with mental coaching for more than 25 years) in Dallas-Texas with Robert Neff (CEO of Mental Training Inc, graduate in sports psychology University of Michigan, Mental Trainer Olympic Team and recognized throughout the United States among the most competent Mental Trainers). At an international level, since 2013 I have been CEO of Mental Training Italy, the Italian branch of Mental Training Inc. At Italian level, I am Co-Founder of the University Coaching project which since 2016 has been promoting Mental Coaching skills in the university environment towards students and stakeholders. At University Sports level I am Team Manager of the University Volleyball teams of the Bicocca University of Milan.
