I am curious by nature and telecom technology feeds my curiosity. Telecom, more than other industries, is based upon and integrates a wide variety of technologies. When I entered this space, I was most interested in how signals were elaborated and transferred. Through understanding the underlying technology, I could see the impact of and dependencies for enabling services. As my experience has expanded, I now have a greater view as to how organizations work and how technology can help companies work better. I’m interested in how information is organized and how organizations, processes and communications can be improved through use of the right technologies. My collaborative style is born from a desire to learn from different perspectives and apply those learnings to improve a customer’s situation. I’m not afraid to step “outside the box” to find the best solution. My analytical and interpersonal skills allow me to engage with customers in a meaningful way. With an understanding of their motivations, I can apply strategic thinking in defining relevant business models. My technology foundation helps me understand existing infrastructure and related challenges, while my curiosity helps me discover organizational and business process obstacles. By combining the two, I am able to make rational recommendations for improvement and ultimate success.
