Over 20 years of solid experience in the biomedical field and in the healthcare market between Asia and Europe, reaching many business and personal goals in different market areas- neurosurgery- spinal surgery- orthopedics- traumatology- neuromodulation & pain therapy- bone substitutes. Over the past 10 years I have managed product lines, sales forces and distributors in Italy, in an extremely competitive and performing market. The achievements have come thanks to the networking skills particulary with key opinion leaders and daily efforts for a global quality service (in trauma this has also meant absolute timeliness). My experience has also taught me that I have to look to new challenges with determination, vision of market and always doing teamwork. I'm glad I've been given the possibility to use my expertise to grow in a competitive and high value-added environment, in which you have to contribute to the surgeon's satisfaction and well-being of patients.
