My actual position as technology and catalyst development manager and also my previous job positions, as production manager, during when I have managed industrial plant for production of precious based catalyst at industrial scale, have given me a big opportunity to do experience in industrial chemistry, chemical plants and production processes. Moreover my experience in technical assistance for catalysts' applications and precious metal balances has given me the opportunity to improve my capacities of problem solving, communications with customers and, further more, my capacity to work in team with colleagues, both from my site and other divisions. Working in a big chemical company has given me also the chance to exchange my knowledge and experiences with foreign colleagues having different culture and education.
