About Alberto Maxia

With an academic background in Business Administration and several years of experience as a strategy consultant, I am currently a Product Lead at Banca AideXa, where I'm responsible for strategic planning and evaluation of new business opportunities, as well as for designing, launching, and managing the product portfolio for our main customer segment: Italian SMEs. It's hard to do all this things by your own, so I'm really lucky to work with an incredible team of talented product managers! I consider myself a so-called "generalist" professional and I'm always drawn to work on things that have impacts on multiple aspects. My skills come from mainly three areas- From strategy consulting to (full) Product Management, I've consolidated methodologies, mindset and skills to be able to switch constantly from sharpened strategic thinking to efficiently execution- My humanistic education and mindset push me to focus not only on details but to always consider the bigger picture and the comprehensive effects on the context- My long-standing professional sports experience and being captain of various teams, from junior to senior, increased my assertviness and my attitutide to be a proactive team player, able to push the team towards the same goals."If you're not prepared to be wrong you'll never come up with anything original."[Sir Ken Robinson]
