I‘m a proactive, detail-oriented, and pragmatic designer who represents the users’ voice in the process of creating digital products. My expertise covers User Experience, product and service design, as well as user research and digital strategy. My ultimate goal is to make a positive impact on users through design and innovation. To achieve this purpose, I use my expertise, vision, and an approach based on Design Thinking, Lean Startup, and Agile, making decisions based on user needs and data.
