I started my Architectural career back in 1996 working for Megacorp, a big construction company in Bogota - Colombia, assigned to a SqFt - 12 Story High-End Building in the middle of the capital, The Executive Club El Nogal Tower" First as part of the design team and them as part of the project management group visiting the job sites and following the construction process. In 2002 because of Colombia’s political and economic situation was forced to move out and came to Miami where started Real Estate Career working for a company with offices in Miami, Bogota, Mexico, as part of the market research team analyzing High Rise, High-End pre-construction projects, choosing the best buildings to be marketed to the Spanish-speaking community, mostly Latin American. From this experience I was able to work with developers like Related Group, Fortune Developers, Codina Group, Terra Group, Turnberry, Key International, Lennar, Swire, Arvida and many others. In 2006 I start working with Interlink Group and soon my natural sales skills and leadership put me In front of an office managing a sales team of 20 agents. I start doing group and event presentations to as many as 100 people. With more than 17 years of experience, involved in hundreds of transactions, Residential & Commercial with more than 100 Million in sales, I bring to the table the experience in negotiation, market analysis, financial, marketing, project feasibility and property management. In 2013 while managing a SqFt Warehouse building in North Miami got the assignment of overseeing the remodeling project with a budget of which put me back into the construction arena and wake up my architectural passion. From this time I started to get involved in the design and remodeling of residential, warehouses, and multifamily units.
