About Alberto Prete

During my first working experience as a salesperson I've learnt a lot on how to deal with people, I was always interested in how the persons interact and relate to each other (that is was I chose Science of Marketing and Communication), but as a matter of fact when I had to do that the first time, it wasn't easy at all. After few weeks of calling and meeting clients, I started to really enjoy being always with people, trying to understand their needs and I found out that often listening is a fundamental skill. From there, I decided it was time for a life-changing experience, I moved to South Africa and I started working in the gaming environment. When I moved to Marketing I didn't stop practicing my listening skill: after all this is the base you need to learn, this is the reason why I consider myself a fast learning person. Now as then, I still enjoy talking and discussing with colleagues and partners, acquiring know-how and new point of view, because in the end "NONE OF US IS AS SMART AS ALL OF US"-(Ken Blanchard)
