About Alberto Rosso

I am currently managing M&A projects focused on integrating new companies from data and process perspective, sharing tools and best practices throughout the integration process. As ICT business partner, I am responsible for gathering and managing business demands across several European countries and the MEA region. I founded and ran a green and sustainable company for six years. Additionally, I co-founded a cultural cooperative that manages slow tourism and cultural events. I have also had the opportunity to lead a European-funded project for four years, overseeing a consortium of seven small companies. Growing up in the north-east of Italy, I gained deep insight into the dynamics of small and medium-sized enterprises. I had the chance to work for more than 3 yrs in USA as ERP coordinator. I currently serve as the chair of an international non-profit organization supporting the sustainable cycle tourism. Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to work on strategy deployment, process roadmap development, M&A, international project management, process improvement, digitalization, ERP management, data management, product development and manufacturing operations. These experiences have shaped my leadership style and provided me with a set of useful tools. I am confident in my strong cross-functional, international, and cultural expertises. I hold certifications in Lean Manufacturing, ITIL, and COBIT, and have attended Digital Lab Enterprise training, as well as Big Data management courses. Beyond my professional life, I have a deep appreciation for nature and a simple, balanced lifestyle. I’ve backpacked through over 60 countries, volunteering both locally and internationally. I enjoy spending time with family and friends, engaging in outdoor activities such as trekking, camping, and biking, and participating in social projects. I also hiked the Camino de Santiago (Spain) and have a passion for gardening and DIY projects.
