I'm passionate about AV, since who knows… forever. Professionally I engaged with AV first as an event producer for car companies. Later I joined a System Integrator in LATAM as Ops Manager, where I grew my knowledge and 4 years later got my CTS. In June 2020, recognizing a chance to assist System Integrators struggling with reduced activity, I co-founded WeInstall.IT, a local labor sub in California. It's been a journey, but what shines most is the people I work with. Any job, short or long, tough or easy, if the right people are in it, success is guaranteed.
