About Alberto Stramezzi

Sales Manager role requires - and is teaching me - to be well rounded in both human and technical fields. In fact budgeting, technical calculation, contract skills must be integrated with soft skills such as listening, behavior understanding, human relationship, sensitivity and empathy. Still a lot has to be learned, but time is on my side. In general the key habits in my life are: 1. Try to find the points of equilibrium in things 2. Learn from my errors, and learn from others people's errors 3. Always act and think with a long term perspective Habit N°1 means to find the balance between life and work, care of family and care of myself, focus and relaxation, etc. I have to remember always that I can choose in every aspect of life if be water or stone, or something in the middle if needed, to find the right balance. Habit N°2 means to be receptive, learn every day from people which surround me. Even a child can teach you something. Habit N°3 means that I always prefer to sacrifice myself today, for a better tomorrow. My will is to base my life and my human relationship on trust, making important choices based on long term scenario, and build my life step by step, day by day. Passionate for food, wine, sports and nature. Father of two beautiful small hurricanes.
