25 years of expertise on automotive manufacturing, and F1 high voltage components, sensors, harnesses. From mai 2021 i begin a new adventure, Supplier quality specialist for F1 electronic component: I’m responsible as a supplier quality of those components: MGU H and K side, Lithium cells, small actuators, IR sensors, harnesses, contactors, hall sensors, and more. Internal auditor of ERS assembly. IPC 610 certified. From Jan 2017 until 2021 i work for CTO in team with R&D and quality department: I'm following suppliers of LiIon cells and automotive High voltage battery makers regarding the manufacturing aspects, I do multiple visits to potential suppliers in South Korea, Japan, North America, Germany, Eastern Europe, and UK and some of these got nominated. Meanwhile ad interim still implement testing procedures and complex tools for hybrid car assembly and testing line. Prior to Jan 2017 my daily routine was implementing electronic testing procedures in Ferrari automotive assembly lines, I’m OBD expert, I’m skilled regarding testing benchs such as laser alignment, roller bench, and all testing devices that tipically are in automotive production plants. In 2012 i also follow the tooling of the mini assembly line of the high voltage battery installed on "La Ferrari" In 2006 and 2008 i was deeply involved in the building from green field of the new veichle testing line and assembly line of ferrari GT car plant. In my private life I'm a lover of fitness, I train multiple times a week. I love mountain biking in the wild and I love to trip around the world with my wife. Traveling for me is a passion, and traveling for work purpouses for me is a mission and a huge opportunity. Main projects that grew my skills are: Helping the build from green field of the 2006 testing line for GT cars, in Ferrari plant, Maranello. Implementing high complexity assembly and testing procedures on our first hybrid car “La Ferrari”, including a special test bed for the high voltage battery. A brand new roller bench for testing increase purpouses, from writing specs, to inviting tenders, until the build and final commissioning. New 2019 PHEV car battery assembly line build up. Installation from the green field to final commissioning of a laser welding cabin and Pick & Place for 2022 F1 ERS, battery busbars welding.
