I used to blindly take the choice which others used to say about what to study. But when I started working in my first company as a Payroll associate, within four months, I learned all the rules and regulations of UK payroll and within one year, I started processing complex payroll. Hence, I came to know that I’m good with numbers and I am fast learner. But I had a feeling that I am missing something and not able to enjoy the job completely. However, I liked the part where I was working with numbers and identifying which rules are to be used to calculate the salary correctly. So, I moved to recruitment field where I was able to identify myself that I am not only good with numbers but also with analytics. I was working with the different market pools and analyze that where I will get good candidates. This is the time I started researching to get into data analytics field. I started with learning SAS and achieved my goal by getting certified in base SAS. I am Looking forward to grow and reach my next goal as a Data scientist.
