I am pursuing a Data Analytics for Business Decision Making program at Durham College, where I am learning how to apply data science techniques to solve real-world problems and support decision making. Previously, I worked as a Customer Service Manager at ICICI Lombard General Insurance Company Limited, where I managed the data and records of all motor vehicle claims, generated and presented MIS reports to stakeholders, and ensured compliance with IRDAI guidelines. I also supported dealerships with motor insurance booking and rebooking, and maintained healthy relationships with insurance companies, OEMs, and customers. I have a MBA in Finance from Christ University, and I am proficient in computer literacy, resolving issues, and fraud investigations. I am a goal-oriented, optimistic, and enthusiastic learner, who is dedicated to constantly developing my skill set and making a meaningful contribution to society.
