Editing and translating documents, meeting request letters, and other admin/organisational documents from English into Turkish and vice versa. Ensuring financial records are kept up to date, maintaining an accurate record of financial transactions, and undertaking of banking/transactional duties as necessary. Assisting staff members with all administrative issues, specifically the work permits and resident permits for expat staff and their dependents including obtaining documents, dealing with legal issues, and assisting in administrative tasks. Working with colleagues to support the implementation of the office advocacy strategy. Handling administrative functions such as directing incoming mail and phone calls, liaising with local officials, local accountants, vendors and the landlord, supervising service delivery, arranging office cleaning, security, and in general keeping the office running smoothly. Overseeing the functioning of the office, ensuring the office is kept clean and orderly.
