I am an IT specialist with 10 years of experience focusing primarily on hardware and software troubleshooting with a good bit of networking mixed in. I have always been highly motivated to learn as much as I can about technology and do not shy away from the opportunity to work on a project that is outside my knowledge base as I'm very proficient in researching and solving problems to move a project along and grow as a person. Speaking of projects, I work best in group environments where I can throw suggestions up on how to handle a situation or offer insight to help further someone else's understanding of a situation. That being said I also work well by myself as I'm able to stay motivated and on task with a firm understanding of what the end goal is and what needs to happen to get there.
